You can rest. You can relax. You can retreat to your happy place. You can slow down. You can sit down. You can sleep! You can breathe. You can meditate. You can pray. You can make time for yourself. You can be kind to yourself.
You can take care of yourself. You can spoil yourself. You can put yourself first. You can put your needs first. You can nourish your mind, your body, and your spirit. You can release pinned up energy. You can ask for help. You can recover. You can recharge. You can refocus. You can live in the moment. You can spoil yourself. You can do what that makes you smile. You can do what makes you feel good inside and out. You can do things on your own time. You can do nothing at all! You can do whatever it is you need to do for U.
When you rest you have more energy. When you rest, you’re better focused. When you rest, you feel happier. When you rest, you’re better able to just be. Because when you rest, everything and everyone you come in contact with is positively affected. You can rest.
